WHAT A DIFFERENCE

Boy...This is sure a different experience from her last operation. She's exhausted but coherent...is able to talk and understand us. Her main complaint is that her neck and shoulders hurt really bad. She's wondering if they dropped her in the ER or something. lol...She does also have a bruised lip...not quite sure what that's all about.
She's sleeping now...more like resting really. Her eyes are closed but she'll talk to us every once in a while.
Yet again her nurses are amazing. Her RN Shelly came and got us and said, "In 35 years of nursing, I have NEVER seen a patient want to get up to use the restroom straight out of surgery. This is one tough lady!"
She truly is Cowboy Tuff.
